Booking terms for conference participants:
- minimum accommodation – 2 nights;
- special rate – discount 15% is granted with the reservation by telephone until 05.02.20;
- 05/02/20 not all reserved rooms will be opened for sale;
- there will be no further discount on booking through reseller sites, travel agencies or booking.com;
- reservations can be made by calling +38 050 538 18 80 (Mon-Fri from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm). The number is assigned to Viber, WatsApp, Telegram;
- from the moment of booking the invoice is prepaid or 100% payment (at the request of the guest), which must be paid within 3 days;
- free cancellation within 3 days from the date of booking;
- upon cancellation of the reservation, not later than 3 days after the reservation, the amount paid is non-refundable and will be credited to the hotel deposit, provided that before the check-in date is 14 days or more. The deposit can be used during the year for hotel services;
- if the reservation is canceled in less than 14 days, the amount paid is credited as a penalty for late cancellation.
Please do not forget the business trip order – tourist tax will not be charged if available!
