Abstracts should be submitted for oral or poster presentations in Ukrainian and English via the website only. Presenting authors must be registered participants.

Abstract guidelines

The following information must be prepared

I. Author, presenting author (postal address) and co-authors’ details

  • first and family name
  • affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, country
  • email address

II. Abstract title – limited to 35 words

III. Abstract text – limited to 300 words

IV. Use only standard abbreviation

Tables, graphs and images – a maximum of 3 tables and 3 images can be included per abstract

Abstract format

  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions

  • Abstract submission opens: Sunday 14 November, 2021
  • Abstract submission deadline: Friday 11 March, 2022
  • Notifications abstract acceptation: Monday 21 March , 2022
  • Deadline for abstract presenters to register: Friday 15 April, 2022

Publication

Abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book of the Conference and will be mentioned in Final Program Booklet
